Early 2020 we decided it was time to leave California and its covid lockdowns and move to Texas. We didn't know anybody in Texas but we were going to go. I went on a FB page for Californians moving to Houston, and Ellen the FB administrator started asking if there was anything I needed. I told her our need. She found us the perfect rental property in the Woodlands in which we stayed for 8 months, then she helped us buy our home.
