Schedule a Call

This is the fun part. We'll tour homes that match your criteria - neighborhood, price, and timing. Not local yet? I offer virtual tours too, so distance is never a barrier.
Prepare to Move
Gather quotes for storage, movers, and flights. If your move is work-related, I'll help you think through employer reimbursement options and make sure you're set up for a smooth transition.
Go Under Contract
Once we find the right home and get your offer accepted, we enter roughly a 30-day purchasing period. I coordinate everything remotely or in-person - whatever works best for you.
Close and Make the Move
Plan for any renovations before your moving truck arrives and you'll thank yourself later. And when you close, you'll get access to my trusted local vendor list - movers, electricians, landscapers, and more.
