Transitioning to construction and sales of single-family homes in the mid-1990s, Todd played a pivotal role in expanding his company's reach from a handful to over 40 communities. From House to Home: Julie's Journey in Real Estate

Julie was raised in a small farm town in Northwest Indiana before relocating to the Chicagoland area for college and starting her family. While there she and her husband Morgan bought their first home (a fixer-upper with wallpaper even in the garage!). It was in that sweet little blue house that she fell in love with the journey of turning a house into a home. While her baby napped, Julie repainted trim and caulked the shower. This house turned into the best investment she and Morgan had made to date.
A Cross-Country Move to Fulfill a Dream
Julie and Morgan moved across the country for Morgan to complete law school (Go Longhorns!) then settled in Spring, Texas in 2021 where Ellen Pool found them their current home. After having her second baby, Julie decided to pursue her goal of helping people find their dream homes. Julie got her real estate license in 2024 and since then, she has already obtained a Luxe designation to help clients sell their luxury homes with confidence.
The Joy of Home
Julie's passion for home is the heartbeat of her day. She is a self-proclaimed homebody. Whether it's a loaf of fresh bread in the kitchen, a cozy bubble bath in that perfect primary suite, or playing with the kids in the playroom, one thing is certain: home is where her heart is. When she isn't at home, you'll likely see her taking the kids to any local park they can find. All of these reasons are why Julie is passionate about helping families find the perfect place for them to call home too.
