Ellen Pool is a Realtor licensed since 2001, a multi-million dollar producer and a specialist in new construction.
She spent almost 19 years onsite with new home builders in the Houston and Dallas areas, and has teamed up with her husband, a Realtor and custom builder, to offer an unparalleled level of service, combining their unique skill sets. Ellen’s clients will benefit from her experience in many areas of real estate, including time working for a title company, as well as her direct access to an expert in the construction industry.
Ellen was born and raised in Houston and knows the city well. She and her family currently live in Magnolia and are members of Grace Woodlands. They have also homeschooled their teenaged daughter since 2009. Ellen is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Ellen is constantly learning, always adding to her bank of real estate knowledge in order to serve her clients better.

Todd Pool brings a unique and broader perspective to purchasing and selling Real Estate. He started his Real Estate career in the late 1980s, at a national multi-housing firm that managed their own property portfolios as well as fee managed large private ones of the same. In addition to the management of these portfolios, he oversaw rehab projects and the take over of foreclosed portfolios. Todd has also worked with investors that had 100’s of single-family homes, condos, and town-homes.
In the mid 1990’s he moved into construction and sales of single family homes. He started with first time buyers, and the company then grew from a few communities to over 40. Next came his experience with the second and third time buyer markets. He created many of the home plans and designs that were built along with amenities offered in these homes.
Every aspect of the new home industry is very fast-paced. The volume of homes in construction, sales, financing, and closings gave him a perspective of potential problems and remedies few people get to see. He understands construction techniques, materials used in construction, what buyers are looking for and solving objections, loan process to approval, and closing transactions.

Melissa Wright is passionate about helping clients with their real estate transactions and has been a licensed Realtor since 2000. She strives to make every transaction go as smoothly as possible and works tirelessly to handle issues if something isn’t “just right”. A Washington native and proud Texan since 2012, Melissa resides in The Woodlands with her husband and when not working, they enjoy cruising around on Lake Conroe with friends and family.
